After years of reliable performance across many industries and applications, the **Xsens MTi‑100 Series** (MTi‑100 IMU, MTi‑200 VRU, and MTi‑300 AHRS) has officially reached **End of Life**.

From **June 30, 2025**, we are not accepting any new orders for these models, and support will phase out support by the end of 2026.

To support existing customers and future projects, we now recommend the Xsens Sirius series as a replacement for the MTi-100 series.

We’ve prepared a detailed **[MTi‑100 to Xsens Sirius Migration Guide,](https://www.xsens.com/mti-100-200-300-series-end-of-life-xsens-sirius-migration-guide) **where we explain which Xsens Sirius model replaces your current sensor and highlight performance improvements. 

### **Why Xsens Sirius?**

The [Xsens Sirius Series](https://www.xsens.com/products/sensor-modules/xsens-sirius-series) is our next-generation of rugged sensors, designed to be accurate and reliable even in the most demanding environments.

Compared to the MTi‑100 Series, it offers:

- Better performance (lower noise & improved accuracy)
- Enhanced vibration and shock rejection, as well as magnetic immunity
- More interfaces: RS232, RS422, CAN
- Lower price, despite the performance improvements
- Long-term support and availability
