The English Institute of Sport (EIS) biomechanics team are heavy users of the cutting edge technology from Xsens which is allowing them to apply expert support to sports, coaches and athletes that was previously unavailable.

Xsens recently signed a formal partnership agreement to work in close conjunction with the EIS.

EIS Head of Biomechanics Paul Worsfold said:
“Xsens' MVN Analyze allows us to take 3D motion capture into environments like the ice rink for Short Track Speed Skating or on the water for rowing so that we can capture real time footage in 3D for the whole duration of the event."
