Xsens congratulates Xsens customer Flying-Cam on winning the Scientific & Engineering Award given by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences (AMPAS) in Hollywood.

Flying-Cam was already a winner of a Technical Achievement Award in 1995 for the invention of the first Flying-Cam I. The company has conducted an 8 years state-of-the-art Research & Development to achieve the breakthrough Flying-Cam 3.0 SARAH solution which uses the MTi 100-series for stabilization of the camera head and control and navigation of the helicopter itself.
