Ohio University wins ION autonomous snowplow competition

At the second annual ION autonomous snowplow competition, the Ohio University has succeeded again in taking home the first prize. Xsens would like to congratulate the team with this accomplishment. The Institute of Navigation, of which Xsens is a corporate member, held this contest during the Winter Carnival in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The Avionics Engineering Center (AEC) uses Xsens MTi’s and MTi-G’s in their research and have found the MTi’s suitable for navigating the unmanned snow plower M.A.C.S..
