Sales Manager Entertainment

Are you a hands-on and experienced Sales Manager that can accelerate the further growth of Xsens’ entertainment business and develop the sales team to the next level?

As Sales Manager Entertainment you will be responsible for the global sales of Xsens’ motion capture products in the game, film, TV production and advertising industry. In addition, you will provide leadership to the global sales team (located in Enschede and Los Angeles) and drive the team to building long-term business relationships with our customers and partners. You will report to the VP Sales & Marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the Entertainment segment
  • Present and demonstrate  Xsens’ products through web conferences, on-site with customers and at exhibitions
  • Proactively develop new opportunities and generate sales in target markets
  • Provide leadership to the sales team
  • Improve the sales process in building relationships with customers
  • Further grow the relationship and sales with partners in Asia

    Profile

    • BS or MS degree in engineering, business or commerce
    • Minimum 5 years (international) sales experience in B2B and high-tech industry
    • Proven experience and skills in building and coaching a sales team
    • Preferably affinity with creative content generation for film and game development.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Result oriented and enthusiastic team player
    • Willingness to travel extensively (30%)
