Casper Peeters, CEO and founder
As CEO, Casper Peeters is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the company. Casper Peeters co-founded Xsens in 2000. Over the years, he has set up sales and business operations in the various markets and regions that Xsens serves. Since 2010, he operates out of Los Angeles to expand Xsens’ North American operations. Casper Peeters holds a MSc degree in Physics from University of Twente, The Netherlands. |

Per Slycke, CTO and founder
Per Slycke is responsible for the research and new product development, product marketing and new business development of Xsens. Per Slycke co-founded Xsens in 2000. He has more than 10 years experience in MEMS inertial sensor technology, sensor fusion, and related applications and is co-author of several publications and patents on these topics. Mr. Slycke holds a MSc degree in Physics from the University of Twente. |

Ferry Willems, CFO
Ferry Willems is responsible for finance and ICT of the company. Prior to joining Xsens in March 2009, Ferry Willems was controller and board member at The Nut Company, the market leader in nuts. In total he has more than 15 years of experience in financial management roles in international operating companies in various industries, including biotechnology, care, food and high-tech. Ferry Willems holds a MSc degree in Business Economics from the University of Tilburg. |

Erik Wilbrink, VP Sales & Marketing
Erik Wilbrink is responsible for the global sales and marketing of Xsens’ products in all 4 market segments: Industrial Applications, Entertainment, Movement Science and Training & Simulation. He joined Xsens in April 2010. Erik Wilbrink has more than 20 years experience in the ICT industry, working in various commercial management positions at international operating companies mostly related to the high-tech industry, like Royal KPN, Hewlett-Packard, T-Systems and Be Value. Before joining Xsens he was Manager Business Development at Novay. Erik Wilbrink holds a MSc degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Twente. |

Hans de Weerd, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hans de Weerd chairs the Supervisory Boards of several early stage companies, including Elana, River Diagnostics and TMSI. Until 1993, he held various management positions with Nicolet Instrument Corp, including managing director of EME, Germany. In 1993 he joined DuMED as CEO and, following the company’s acquisition, EndoSonics Corp as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of its European Operations. Earlier in his career he was a visiting Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Madison Wisconsin, USA and senior staff member at the Department of Neurology, University of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Dr de Weerd holds a MSc degree in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, a PhD in Medicine and an Executive MSc degree in Business Administration. |

Guy Demuynck, Supervisory Board Member
Guy Demuynck is member of the Supervisory Boards of TomTom, Belgacom, Apollo Vredestein and Xsens. He was CEO of Liquavista until its acquisition by Samsung in December 2010. Before that, he held various management positions within Royal Philips Electronics NV from 1976 till 2002. In 2000, he became CEO Product Division Consumer Electronics in Amsterdam and member of the Group Management Committee of Philips. In 2003, Mr. Demuynck joined Royal KPN where he became member of the Board of Management and CEO of the Mobile Division. Until July 2008, he was the CEO of Kroymans Corporation BV in the Netherlands. He holds a degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) and a degree in marketing from the University of Ghent (R.U.G). |

| Job Elders, Supervisory Board Member
Job Elders is the Business Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific Enschede. Job Elders has founded and developed five start-up companies including C2V which was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific. He was founder of TMP and served as TMP's Managing Director until its acquisition in September 2000. He then led the company integration and since Alcatel's subsequent acquisition of the operations in 2001, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Alcatel Optronics Netherlands. Job Elders was founder and board member of the MANCEF foundation as well as founder of the Point One foundation and member of its board until 2010. He is the author of more than 80 technical and business publications as well as patents and has chaired and spoken at several MEMS events. He received his Masters degree in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam. |
